In Business

How it works
Advanced cards, step by step
A package. Mona buys a 10-coffee package for 150 EGP.
One use. The cashier takes one use with her latte: 9 left.
Gold. Her 5th visit makes her Gold: 10% off every order.
Cashback. 5% of her order lands in her balance.
What you get
Cashback to the wallet
A share of every paid order goes back to the guest’s balance, to spend on the next visit. A cancelled order takes it back.
Membership tiers
Silver, Gold, VIP by visits or spend; the tier’s discount comes off every order placed with the guest’s number, automatically.
Prepaid packages
“10 coffees for 150 EGP, valid 30 days”: paid once at the counter, the cashier takes one use per visit.
Nothing by hand
Tiers are worked out from real visits, cashback from paid orders, and every package use is recorded with the staff member.

Questions about Advanced cards
Can I run stamps and cashback together?
Yes. The stamp card, the tiers, the packages and the balance all sit on the one card the guest already has.
Does cashback expire?
Not in this version: it stays as balance until the guest spends it. You set the percentage and a minimum order.
What if a package expires with uses left?
It closes on its date and shows as expired; you can set the validity per package, from a week to two years.
Can a member discount be combined with a coupon?
Yes. The coupon is applied first, then the tier’s percentage on what is left; both show on the order.
