What you get
A QR instead of a buzzer
The QR prints on the receipt and the takeaway ticket; on another POS, type the order number on the pager station and show the big QR.
Rings when it is ready
Mark the order ready and the guest’s phone rings by itself: a loud chime, the phone vibrating and the screen in your colours. Or tap “Call”, as often as you need.
No app, no account
It opens in the phone’s browser. Nothing to download, no sign-up, nothing personal kept.
You know who is listening
Each card shows “the guest has the page open”, so you know when to call out the number instead.
WhatsApp when the page is closed
If the order has a mobile number and WhatsApp messages are in your plan, send “your order is ready” on WhatsApp with one tap.
A rating after the pickup
One tap: happy guests are sent to your Google reviews, the others write to you privately.

FAQ
Questions about Guest pager
Does the guest need to install anything?
No. The QR opens a page in the phone’s browser, with no app and no account.
Does the phone ring with the page closed?
No, be honest with your guests: the page must stay open. On most Android phones it still rings with the screen locked for a while; on an iPhone keep the page on the screen. When the page is closed the card says so, and you call out the number or send WhatsApp.
Why “Test the sound”?
Phones only let a page play sound after a tap. One tap on “Test the sound” turns the volume up for the call later.
We use another POS. Does it work?
Yes. The pager station works on its own: type the number your POS gave, show the QR, and call from the queue.
Can it call on WhatsApp instead?
When the order has a mobile number and WhatsApp messages are in your plan, yes, with one tap. Each message uses one WhatsApp credit.
Which plan has it?
